Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Sudoku mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use it on Android or iOS. We built the App to work without requiring an account, a sign-up, or any personal information from you.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not require registration or a user account, and we do not collect, store, or have access to your name, email address, phone number, or any other information that directly identifies you.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

To let you resume a game, keep your statistics, and remember your settings, the App stores the following locally on your device only:

• Your current and past puzzle progress, scores, and mistake counts
• Game statistics (games played, best times, win streaks, best scores)
• Your preferences (e.g. highlight, sound, and mistake-limit settings)
• Your remaining hint count and the date hints were last refilled

None of this data is transmitted to us or to any server we control — it lives only on your device, and is deleted automatically if you uninstall the App.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App is free to play and supported by ads served through Google AdMob, shown as:

• A small banner ad at the bottom of some screens
• An occasional full-screen (interstitial) ad between levels
• An optional rewarded video ad you can choose to watch for an extra hint

To serve and measure these ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect information such as your advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA), IP address, general (non-precise) location, device information, and how you interact with ads — independently of the App, under Google's own privacy practices. We do not receive or store this information ourselves.

4. Children's Privacy

Sudoku Classic Edition is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect, request, or solicit personal information from children under 13. The App is configured in developer portals as not designed primarily for children, and third-party advertising SDKs integrated into the App are managed to comply with general audience advertising policies. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us or that personal data has been collected inadvertently via third-party services, please contact us immediately at ahmadnasser.aff@gmail.com, and we will promptly take steps to delete such information.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA and similar laws)

Because the App itself does not collect personal data on our servers, most data- subject requests (access, correction, deletion, opt-out of sale) concern the advertising identifiers processed by Google, not us. You can exercise those rights directly through your device's ad settings above, or through Google's Ad Center. If you believe we hold any personal information about you, contact us using the details below and we will assist.

6. Data Security

Since gameplay data stays on your device and we do not operate a server that stores personal data, there is no central database of user information for us to secure. Data in transit to and from Google's ad services is handled under Google's own security practices.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
