These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Sudoku mobile application ("the App", "we", "us"), available on Android and iOS. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The App

The App is a free, single-player Sudoku puzzle game. It does not require an account or registration. The App is supported by advertising (banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded video ads served through Google AdMob) and does not currently offer any in-app purchases or paid subscriptions.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the App or any part of it
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices contained in the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the App's ad-serving or normal functioning

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, code, and content, is owned by Sudoku Classic Edition and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. The classic Sudoku puzzle format itself is not owned by anyone; these rights apply to our specific implementation, design, and branding.

4. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App displays ads delivered by Google AdMob and may use other third-party services to operate and improve the App. Your use of the App is also subject to how these third parties handle data, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the practices of third-party ad networks.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — personal entertainment — and not to use any automated means (bots, scripts, emulators) to interact with the App, inflate scores or statistics, or interfere with ad delivery.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sudoku Classic Edition be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
